ALA Boy Roli Gasca, who hails from Barili, kept his unblemished mark with a clinical six-round win over Arnold Montojo on Saturday night at the Danao City Civic Center.

The 18-year-old Gasca used his vast skills in befuddling the Candijay, Bohol fighter Montojo, who was a late replacement as the GAB wanted the original opponent replaced for unknown reasons, thus improving his record to six wins.

"Probinsyanong Intsik" Marjohn Yap decisioned veteran Aljun Salogaol of Borbon, Cebu over ten rounds in the main event. With the win, Yap now improves to 8 wins including two upset wins over former amateur national champion Marjo Borres.

The duel between two of Cebu?s most popular and entertaining fighters, Flash "Mongo" Intor and Edmund "El Martillo" Velayo ended in a second-round technical draw after a clash of heads.

Leo Torres stopped Jesson Taroja in the second round of a scheduled four-rounder.

The bouts were preceded by amateur bouts courtesy of the Danao Amateur boxing which is a pet project of Mix Durano who is ably supported by Boying Rodriguez and Danao City Mayor Nito Durano.
