Undefeated Cataraja to fight Omayao Sept. 23

DAVAO CITY -- Undefeated super flyweight KJ Cataraja of Cebu will fight Crison 'Cowboy' Omayao of Valecia City on Sept. 23 at the PMI Colleges Bohol-Taloto Campus in Tagbilaran City.

The 24.-year old Cataraja TKO'd Delfin de Asis of Bukidnon in the 3rd round in Iloilo last Jujy 26.

Cataraja now has 10 victories with 8 knockouts.

Omayao, on the other hand, has 24 wins with 8 knockouts against 20 setbacks and 5 draws.

In his last fight, he lost by a unanimous decision to Daisuke Sugita of Japan last Aug. 3 at Elorde Sports Complex at Paranaque City.

Omayao won against Mandaue's Rogen Flores by a TKO in the 5th round last 2018 in Iligan.

The promoter is Michael Aldeguer of ALA Promotions.
