WHY has Keith Thurman, previously overloaded with foul talk, turned silent, mute?

No word at this reporting from the noisy one, who lewdly took control of the initial give-and-take blabbing part of his scheduled world welterweight title fight with the legendary Manny Pacquiao.

Thurman was a cruel, insulting noise machine heavy with demeaning shots.

In was not funny when Thurman threatened to crucify Pacquiao in their face-off during the championship road sales tour in New York and Los Angeles.

After scoring hard, Thurman went on to brag he would promptly retire Pacquiao in their July 20 championship clash in Las Vegas.

**

Pacquiao reacted by simply saying only him will decide when he would retire.

There was no stopping Thurman. It was becoming routine for him to mouth insults.

Anyway, Pacquiao later opened up and made a terse vow to stop Thurman in their match.

Surprisingly, there was no direct reply from Thurman who has since also fallen silent.

Has Thurman decided to proceed training seriously after he got exposed as being grossly overweight during the championship sales tour?

**

Pacquiao worked in earnest for over a month in Manila before flying to California for the final push at the Wild Card gym.
It might also interest Thurman to know that Freddie Roach again works as fulltime trainer for Pacquiao.

After relinking and presiding over a sparring session, Roach expressed amazement at how Pacquiao has remained fresh and fully competitive.

Roach, wholly impressed, cried the odds in the welterweight bout, wherein Pacquiao has been installed the underdog, have emboldened him to try some betting.

Roach also specified how Pacquiao has fully regained killer instinct.

?I am going to make a huge score betting on Manny,? Roach announced.

**

Roach said Pacquiao is really fresh right now, on top of his game.

?He is running the Hollywood hills like a deer,? Roach said. ?We have to hold him back in the camp.?

Roach said they will have speed and movement against the taller, younger but slower Thurman; adding it will come down to taking chances.

?Thurman better be prepared to shoot the works,? the Hall-of-Fame trainer said.

To cap it, Roach said he is back wearing body protector in sparring, as he?s tired of peeing blood.
