Moonsri defends crown v Fukuhara on May 31

UNDEFEATED Chayaphon Moonsri of Thailand will defend his World Boxing Council world minimumweight title against Tatsuya Fukuhara of Japan on May 31 at the City Hall in Chachoengsao, Thailand.

The 33-year old Moonsri alias ?Wanheng Menayothin? last defended his crown by a unanimous decision against Pedro Taduran of the Philippines last Aug. 29, 2018 in Thailand.
It was the 10th title defense in 52nd victory and 18th TKO by Moonrsa.

The 30-year old Fukuhara (21W-6L-6D, 7KO) last beat Naoya Haruguchi by a UD last July 29, 2018 in Kumamoto.

The promoter is Piyarat Vachirarattanawong of Petpiya Fight. (Lito delos Reyes)
