CONDES VS MEXICAN NOT HAPPENING!

International matchmaker Sampson Lewkowicz has informed today that IBF miniflyweight champion Florante Condes' planned bout with Mexican Raul Garcia on September 22 is not happening.
Sources reveal that Lewkowicz offered Condes' promoter Bobby Bostick a purse of $35,000 for the champion to defend his title against Garcia.
However, Lewkowicz was surprised to know that only $12,500 was being floated to Condes as his purse for a non-title bout at that with Garcia.
Bostick reportedly also wants a promotional deal with Garcia, which is against the Muhammad Ali Act, instead of the usual three options available to Team Condes for the fight.
