The battle among the country?s upcoming boxing prospects goes to a real battlefield when Blow By Blow Reloaded is staged on Saturday, Feb. 13 in the town of Buluan, capital of Maguindanao Province, an area previously known as the scene of some of the fiercest armed clashes between Bangsamoro rebels and government forces.

Maguindanao Governor Esmael ?Toto? Mangudadatu said the province is hosting ?Blow By Blow Reloaded? as part of the provincial festivities this month of February.

?We would like to protect a new image for Maguindanao,? the Governor said.

?Blow By Blow Reloaded? is a joint project of Congressman Manny Pacquiao, ABC Sports TV5 and Black Mamba Energy Drink. It is staged in different areas all over the country to discover young boxing talents who could be the country?s future champions.

The three previous Blow By Blow events were staged in General Santos City, Panabo City, Davao del Norte and the City of Taguig.

In March, the event will be staged in Bangued, Abra.

The Feb. 13 episode will be staged at the fully air-conditioned Buluan Gymnasium located not far from the scenic Buluan Lake which is one of the country?s richest fishing grounds for freshwater fish.

Featured in the main event of the 10-bout card is an exciting bout between Bukidnon?s Mark Anthony Geraldo, a veteran international campaigner, and the undefeated Jason Umbal of Camiguin Island.

Another 10-round bout will be between Adonis Cabalquinto of Agusan del Sur and Nelson Golpe of General Santos City while in an 8-round encounter Ryan Rey Ponteras takes on the undefeated Charles Ca?edo.
