LAS VEGAS--The Golden Boy Promotions, according to its CEO Richard Schaefer in today's 'The World Awaits' final press conference at the Hollywood Theater of the MGM Grand, has announced its new alliances with some of the biggest and most recognizable internet entities to help promote the event.

"The venue is sold out. We try to attract the younger audience. We have also put up a Youtube campaign. And we are partnering with Youtube which calls for a special Golden Boy link. The video wich we have produced is so far unbelivably amazing with hundreds of thousands of hits. We also have Yahoo live stream from the press conference, etc, and we also started a partnership with a website FunnyorDie.com and this upstart website has millions of hits a day and they produced a special video with oscar so check it out, its actually pretty funny," Schaefer told close to a thousand media personalities in a media-only press conference hours ago.

Schaefer indicates that their alliance with FunnyorDie.com, Youtube (Search 'Who you Picking?' for the video) and Yahoo has produced results beyond their expectations.

Filipinos Rey 'Boom Boom' Bautista and AJ 'Bazooka' Banal, 20 and 18 years old respectively, are seeing action on the undercard with Bautista opening the 3-bout pay-per-view telecast against Argentinian Sergio Manuel Medina.
