Glen Porras and Glenn Gonzales took contrasting wins at last Saturday's boxing event promoted by Fort Stone Promotions in North Cotabato.

Porras, who is rated nationally in the bantam ranks, stopped Reggie Binueza in just one round of their scheduled 10-rounder to register his 10th win with just 1 loss and 6 KO's.

Gonzales, however, proved he can duke it out even in the deeper waters as he sent down veteran Pedro Malco in the sixth before eking out a comfortable unanimous decision verdict.

The night's revelation, however, was the debuting Rommel Asenjo who poleaxed Arvin Calledo in just one round of their scheduled four-rounder.

The rest of the card saw Brix Ray stopping Roldan Malinao in the fourth; Edren Dapudong decisioning Jimboy Ambray; Reynaldo Belandres stopping Bert Vecariato in the fourth; while Rolando Magbanua and Lorenzo Villanueva kayoed Jujith Aredidon and Arnel Abellanosa, respectively.
