OSAKA, JAPAN--As a strong testament to his superb work ethics, OPBF lightweight champion Randy Suico is in perfect weight leading up to Sunday's official weigh-in for his 12-round titular defense on Monday against Japanese Tomonori Nakagawa at the Prefectural Gymnasium here.

This morning, Suico weighed in just a pound over the regulatory 135-lb limit, and making weight this Sunday should be a walk in the park for the dynamite-fisted 'Komong Bato.'

"He is ready. He is in perfect condition. He can rumble for 12 rounds, or end it in the opening bell," said trainer Juanito Ablaca, who will be in Suico's corner for the fight.

Suico said he is delighted by his manager Joe Koizumi's announcement that he will be seeing action thrice this year, and indicated that he will be more than ready to put in the work to be given yet another crack at a world title.
