Rey 'Boom Boom' Bautista and Alex John Banal, now training with the golden boy Oscar De la Hoya in Puerto Rico, this morning ran for 40 minutes.

Then at 4PM, they started their workout under trainer Freddie Roach where they skipped rope for 10 minutes, shadow-boxed for four rounds, and hit the mitts for 8 rounds each--4 with Roach and 4 with Ala Villamor.

The duo then hit the speedball for 10 minutes, then did a series of abdominal exercises.

Meanwhile, WBC welter champ Shane Mosley expressed full confidence that his partner Oscar De la Hoya will be in the best form when he takes on Floyd Mayweather Jr on May 5.

?His power is very goood, and he is very strong and fast," Mosley told the Puerto Rican media.

?Oscar spars on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays?, Mosley added, ?but I am not the only one who spars with him, he has three other sparmates, and depending on the needs of that day."

?Or also we can be divided in groups of three, and to spar alternately," he added.

?Mayweather is very fast, but Oscar is fast also and has much power," Mosley emphasized.
