Undefeated superflyweight Jerwin "Pretty Boy" Ancajas pummeled Indonesian Rahmat Budi Santoso with powerful combinations punctuated by a stunning which busted his opponents nose and ended the fight in the first round of a scheduled 10 in front of a big crowd at the Almendras Gym in Davao City last night.

Aston "Diego Corrales" Palicte, a team mate of Ancajas, also outclassed another Indonesian, Frans Damur Palue, knocking down the foreign boxer three times in the first round for an automatic stoppage of the fight.

The one-sided bouts against the visiting Indonesian fighters who appeared in the double main events proved to be the low point of what was otherwise an exciting night of boxing which is making a big comeback in Davao City.

In the undercards, Manny Pacquiao's cousin, Jonel Dapidran stopped Rey dela Cruz in the first round of a lightweight bout; Philippine welterweight champion Adones Cabalquinto stopped an outclassed Elmer Legaria in the first round; while outstanding Jack "Golden Boy" Tepora knocked out Michael Escobia with a powerful left cross in the second round.

Bantamweight prospect Gilbert Gomera won a difficult 8-round bout against veteran Jun Ryan Quimbo to post his 6th professional win with 4 KOs and teammate Jetli Purisima prevailed over Jason Rotoni in a bloody and bruising 8 round bout.

Other results:

- Jay-Ar Inson won over Avelino Ramos UD in 6;

- Cristian Araneta stopped Melmark Dignos in 3rd of 6;

- Marvilou Aballe won over Michael Padayag UD in 6;

- Genesis Libranza won over Edward Joaquino in 6;
