WEIGHTS FROM CARSON, CA: PORTER - 146.5 LBS., BROOK - 146.75 LBS.

Carson, CA: Leading up to their big fight tomorrow at the StubHub Center converted tennis court in this city, both main event fighters, Shawn Porter and Kell Brook made weight at the official weigh-in this afternoon held at the northwest tennis pad.

IBF Middleweight champion Shawn Porter came in at 146.5 but not after stripping to his birthday suit and covered by a huge white towel by the staff. Kell Brook the challenger had no problem hitting 146.75.

Tomorrow?s 12 round tIBF title fight that promises to be a slam-bang affair will be shown live on Showtime with Golden Boy doing the promotions.

In the supporting main event, Omar Figueroa Jr. hit the scales at 135lbs. Not to be outdone, his opponent, Daniel Estrada came in at 135lbs as well. The 12 round fight will be for the WBC Lightweight crown.


Sakio Bika and Anthony Direll.

In another co-main event fight, Sakio Bika stepped the scales at 167.75 and his opponent Athony Dirrel at 168lbs. Their fight is for the WC Super Middleweight title.
