ABF TITLE FIGHT IN TABUNOK AUGUST 2

CEBU - Ardie Boyose (10-0,7KO?s) of the Flores Boxing Gym will put on his undefeated record on the line against battle tested Richard Betos (20-8-1,7KO's) of Butuan City in the twelve round main event this Saturday at the Tabunok Sports Complex. They will clash for the vacant Asian Boxing Federation (ABF) super featherweight title.

Boyose will enter the ring as Boyose A. Singwangcha in this fight card sponsored by Thai boxing patron Naris Singwangcha. The ABF title bout will be supervised by Panya Prachakorn of Thailand. Boyose weighed in at 130 lbs while Betos had to sweat for almost two hours before making the contracted weight.

For the supporting bouts - Neil John Tabanao Singwangcha (7-0,6KO's) and Jhon Gemino (10-2-1,4KO's) will fight for ten rounds. Tabanao weighed 123.25 lbs while Gemino was 122lbs.

Joey Canoy Singwangcha (103 lbs) vs JR Salvador (107lbs) - 8 rounds, Kenny Demecillo (119lbs) vs Rogen Flores (119lbs)- 8 rounds, Carlo Demecillo (112.5lbs) vs Marlou Talili (112lbs) - 6 rounds, Elias Joaquino (112lbs) vs Gary Rojo (111lbs) - 4 rounds, Honorato Boc (109.5lbs) vs Fritz Cabilla (107lbs) - 4 rounds. The weigh-in was held Friday noon at the GAB Cebu office and supervised by Celso Miranda, Rolando Mendoza and Glenn Agena.

The opening bout for this August 2 card will start at 7PM.
