EARLY RESULTS FROM LAS VEGAS

MGM GRAND GARDEN ARENA, LAS VEGAS -- The undercards of the highly anticipated Canelo Alvarez vs Erislandy Lara junior middleweight bout got underway here tonight. Below are the initial results.
Third fight: Jason Quiglely of Donegal, Ireland made a successful Pro Debut by scoring a TKO over Howard Reese (2-7-0, 1KO) of Ocala, FL. (above photo) Quigley dropped Reese early and then rocked him with power shots when the fight resumed prompting referee Jay Nady to stop the fight at 1:22 of the first round.
Fourth fight: LA 's Yamaguci Falcao out of Brazil remains undefeated (2-0-0, 1K0) with his win over Jesus Cruz of Arecibo, PR (1-2-1,0KO) Fight was stopped at end of 3rd round.
Second fight: Enrique Quevedo (16-7-1, 10KO) of Los Angeles, CA, dropped Yoandria Salinas (20-1-2, 13KO) once in round 4 and twice in round 5 leading to a KO win 2:56 of round 5.
First fight: John Karl Sosa (12-0-0 6KO) of Caguas, Puerto Rico, beat Luis Bello Michoacan of Mexico by split decision. Scores: 59-55, 59-55 and 55-59.
