Lee was penalized a point in the final round by referee Danrex Tapdasan for repeatedly pushing down Falcao during exchanges.
The scorecards read - S.Lagumbay 59-55,S.Thaweekoon 59-54,E.Ligas 58-55 all for Falcao.
