CEBU CITY ? It turned out to be very short night for everyone when Genesis ?Azukal? Servania delivered a short right to the jaw of Rafael ?El Torito? Concepcion and knocked the Panamanian unconscious in the second round.

In the opening round, Servania landed a variety of hooks and uppercuts, sending Concepcion on the back foot from corner to corner.

Concepcion tried to bull his way inside and was warned by Referee Bruce McTavish for holding and hitting in the second.

A well-timed uppercut sent Concepcion flat on his back and Referee McTavish immediately signaled the end. Time 2:46. Concepcion was attended to by medical personnel at ringside and quickly regained consciousness. Both boxers graciously shook hands as a sign of respect after all the bluster leading up to this bout.

Concepcion was coherent and able to walk but visibly surprised by the quick ending. Servania is now 23W-0L, 9 KO?s and has the WBO Intercontinental super bantamweight belt in his possession. Concepcion drops to 18W-7L-1D, 8 KO's.
