MACAU - Milan 'El Metodico' Melindo will have his date with destiny this Saturday when he challenges Juan Francisco 'El Gallo' Estrada of Mexico for the WBO/WBA flyweight title belts. Estrada and Melindo both weighed in an identical 111.6 lbs during the official weigh-in held this afternoon at the Cotai Arena.

Estrada will be riding on the momentum of his stunning win over Brian Viloria at the same venue last April. Melindo will carry the hopes of a country looking for a new hero after the successive losses of Manny Pacquiao, Nonito Donaire and Viloria.

FISTS OF GOLD II will be headlined by China's two time Olympic gold medal winner Zou Shiming, who will have his second pro outing against Jesus Ortega of Mexico. Zou weighed in at 111.4 lbs while Ortega was at 111.6 lbs.

Melindo's stablemate Genesis 'Azukal' Servania (121.6 lbs) will have his first fight outside of the Philippines when he squares off against Konosuke Tomiyama (122 lbs) of Japan. Servania will stake his unbeaten record and WBO Asia-Pacific title belt.

The third Filipino in this blockbuster card is Dave Pe?alosa (123 lbs) who will face substitute Ngaotawa Sithsaithong in a six rounder. Dave was initially reported to be facing Wisaruth Wor Khunkhiri of Thailand. Last April, the 22 year old Pe?alosa knocked out Thai Cheroenchai Sithsaithong in two rounds.

The official weigh-in was hosted by Lupe Contreras and Michael Buffer.

The other world title on the line will be the IBF featherweight belt held by Evgeny Gradovich (125.75lbs) of Russia and challenging for the title is Maurico Mu?oz (125.75lbs) of Argentina.

Two unbeaten heavyweights will add more firepower to the proceedings, Joe Hanks (236.8lbs) vs. Andy Ruiz,Jr (254.4lbs).

Hong Kong's Rex Tso (116.4) and Thai Rusalee Samor (116.4) will clash in a six rounder.

Pe?alosa and Sithsaithong will open the Top Rank Promotions card at 6PM at the Cotai Arena this Saturday, July 27.
