YOUNG GUNS TAKE AIM IN PINOY PRIDE XXI UNDERCARD

PARA?AQUE CITY ??Three former amateur standouts Jessel Mark 'Magnifico'Magsayo, ?Vicious? Vic Saludar and ?Prince? Albert Pagara will be showcased on the undercard of Pinoy Pride 21: When Worlds Collide this Saturday at the Solaire Resort and Casino.

Magsayo, who won 9 golds and 2 silvers at the local, regional and national level, had an explosive pro debut last May in Pinoy Pride XX, dropping Melton Sandal twice enroute to a first round KO win. He will now face Jamjam Ungon of Bantayan Island in a four rounder.

Saludar is the brother world ranked flyweight Froilan Saludar and Asian games gold medalist Rey Saludar. He will make his pro debut against Juanito Hundante of Metro Manila. Vic was an Asian games bronze medalist and chosen as the best boxer during the Tammer Cup in Finland three years ago.??

Pagara (16-0, 11KO?s) turned pro in 2011. As an amateur he was a winner of ten golds in national tournaments. He will face?Thai Khunkhiri Wor Wisaruth?(9-4-1, 5 KO?s) in an eight rounder.
Pagara has already beaten three foreign opponents ? Shabani Madilu of Tanzania (UD 10), Phupa Por Nobnum of Thailand (KO2), and Tawanrung Eausampan of Thailand (KO2).?PINOY PRIDE 21: WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE will be headlined by the WBO minimumweight title bout between Merlito Sabillo and challenger Jorle Estrada of Colombia.
