LILOAN,CEBU ? Gerpaul Valero utilized a variety of combinations to the body and head to pick apart Jonathan Ricablanca in the first three rounds. Valero unleashed a hard right uppercut to the body in the fourth, sending Ricablanca crashing to the canvas.

Referee Teddy Alivio reached the count of ten at the 53 second mark. Rajah Renoel Pael outboxed a rugged Ryan Bongcawil and prevailed by unanimous decision. Pael dictated the tempo with his crisp left jab and one-two combos. Bongcawil picked his spots to launch a swarming offense especially at the end of every round. Bongcawil?s arsenal was eventually depleted when Pael shifted his attack to the midsection from the eighth round onward.

The scores ? 97-93, 96-94 and 96-94. Pael remains unbeaten at 11-0-1, 4 KO?s. Jayson Redondo Singwangcha used a right hook to send Elmer Colve down for the count in round two. Referee Tony Pesons signaled the end at the 45 second mark.

Ardie Boyosi Singwangcha knocked down Jeffrey Jimenez with a right uppercut to the body and then sent him down a second time with hooks to the head. Referee Ben Necesario stopped the carnage at 2:23 of the first round.

It was sweet revenge for Rodel Wenceslao when he stopped Sesustener Llanera Singwangcha in the seventh round. Wenceslao was wary of Llanera?s power in the early rounds and was content to box from a distance.

Llanera managed to cut the ring off and land heavy hooks and Wenceslao resorted to clowning and employing the Ali shuffle. The tactic somehow worked when Llanera got careless and was trapped in his own corner.

Wenceslao released a right cross and a left hook to the liver and Llanera fell like he was shot. He got up glassy eyed and wobbly prompting referee Teddy Alivio to stop the fight at 1:39. Llanera was ahead on two of the judges? cards. Wenceslao lost to Llanera by TKO in Mactan last year.

In a fast paced brawl, Neil John Tabanao Singwangcha beat Jun Ryan Quimbo by unanimous decision after 6 rounds. Tabanao?s well placed hooks did not stop the aggressive Quimbo who kept the pressure until the final bell. The scorecards read 58-56, 58-57 and 58-56.

Kenny Demecillo Singwangcha knocked out Bryan Samson with a brutal body attack in the third round. Time 1:34.

Joey Canoy Singwangcha knocked down Keith Batolenyo three times in the opening round. Referee Tony Pesons stopped the fight at 1:12.

Belmar Plaza and Junel Lacar battled to a majority draw. The scores ? 39-37 Plaza, and two judges had it at 38-38. In the first bout of the night, Jonathan Francisco Singwangcha won by four round unanimous decision against Nike June Quinaadman. The scorecards read 39-37 for all three judges.

This card billed as ?CHAMPIONS OF THE FUTURE? was promoted by Rex 'Wakee' Salud and Naris Singwangcha of Thailand and sponsored by Liloan Mayor Vincent Franco ?Duke? Frasco and the Liloan municipal government and Fighter Wine. The fights were held Saturday at the Panphil B. Frasco Sports Complex and will be aired on GMA TV.
