LAS VEGAS--Like a walk in the park, Manny Pacquiao and Erik Morales made weight in their first try today, both coming in at 129 lbs at the official weigh-in moments ago at the Cox Pavilion of the Thomas and Mack Center here.
Morales, cheered on by Jorge Arce and a mammoth Mexican crowd looked very impressive and healthy today, the effects of Velocity training clearly showing in him compared to weigh-in held for his January fight with Pacquiao.
The Filipino icon also looked relaxed and motivated, with his Filipino fans also in attendance.
In the undercard, Brian Viloria came in at 108 lbs, while WBC junior fly champion Omar Nino Romero checked in at a trim 107 bls for their 108-lb duel tomorrow.
Fight starts at 4PM tomorrow in Las Vegas.
