Aston ?Mighty? Palicte (10W-0L, 8 KO?s) of the Jason Soong Stable will face another undefeated fighter, Daryl ?Flash? Basadre (8W-0L, 6 KO?s) of the Mananquil stable, in what promises to be an action packed main event in Bacoor, Cavite on December 1. They will dispute the WBO Asia Pacific Youth flyweight title.

Last August, Palicte won by TKO in 59 seconds of the opening round against Mark Joseph Costa in Mandaluyong City. Basadre won the vacant WBF Asia-Pacific title last January, beating Jovel Romasasa on points in Gen. Santos City.

Also set to see action is former WBO Asia-Pacific youth titlist Jerwin ?Pretty Boy? Ancajas, who will trade punches with Rex Olisa in another ten rounder. In the same Mandaluyong card last August, Ancajas beat John Mark Bautista by TKO in the fourth round.

Newly crowned WBO Asia-Pacific bantamweight champion Fredirex Rodriguez of Bukidnon will face Cris Leon in an eight round non-title match. Rodriguez knocked out and upset Vincent ?Popeye? Palicte last August in the 5th round, in a fight that headlined the Mandaluyong card promoted by Joven Jimenez.

Penned to appear in the undercards are Ali Laurel Singwangcha vs John Paul Bautista (8 rounds), Giovani Escaner vs Allan Doronilla (10 rounds), Aljhon Osable vs Roselito Campana (6 rounds) and Bebong Manalo Singwangcha vs Ronald Talaman (6 rounds).

This Top Contender fight card is promoted by Joven Sports Promotions and will be held at the Molino II Sports Complex in Bacoor in cooperation with Naris Singwangcha and will be televised by GMA NEWS TV ALL SPORTS.
