The 28 year old Samor won the Pan Pacific title last year by beating Filipino Ryan Tampus by unanimous decision in Bangkok. He has defended his title twice against Geboi Mansalayao of the Philippines and Johan Wahyudi of Thailand. Magos will be fighting abroad for the first time.

Ocon (10W-1L, 2 KO's) will be fighting for the WBO Oriental flyweight title against another Thai, Kwanpichit 13 Rien Express on August 24.
