Newly crowned WBO Youth Asia-Pacific lt.welterweight titlist Jason Pagara and former WBC silver flyweight titlist Edrin ?The Sting? Dapudong will add spice to the PINOY PRIDE 6 fight card this June 11 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel.

Pagara will fight Javier Monserrate (19W-1L-2D, 12 KO?s) of Puerto Rico in a ten round non-title fight. The 28 year old Monserrate has stopped his last eight opponents, none going past the fourth round. He has fought in the U.S. and the Dominican Republic but has yet to win a regional title.

The 18year old Pagara (26W-1L, 15 KO?s) knocked out Deo Njiku in two rounds in Bacolod City last April 9 but not after being hit with powerful right hands. Pagara said he has learned from the experience and admitted to being hurt in the fight. He said he will make defensive adjustments against the hard hitting Monserrate. Pagara has also stopped his last five foes.

Dapudong will fight Benja ?The Rhinoceros? Loemoli of Indonesia in his second outing under an ALA fight card. Dapudong (21W-3L, 12 KO?s) formally signed a multiyear contract with ALA Promotions in a press conference held at the Diamond Suites and Residences Friday noon.

ALA Promotions Pres. And CEO Michael Aldeguer believes Dapudong can win another world title for the country.

Loemoli (11W-0L, 7 KO?s) is young at 17 years old but is unbeaten with a 63 percent KO rate. This will be his first fight outside of Indonesia.

Dapudong also had words of advice for his stablemate Rommel Asenjo, who will be fighting in Mexico this May 1 (Philippine time) for the WBO world minimumweight title against Mexico?s Raul Garcia.

?I told him to just fight his fight and try his best to win another world title for our country.? Dapudong said.
PINOY PRIDE 6 will be headlined by the grudge rematch between Rey ?BoomBoom? Bautista and Heriberto ?Cuate? Ruiz.
