Dodie Boy Pe?alosa, Jr will see action this April 2 at the San Nicolas Gym in Cebu City. He will figure in a six round fight against Roel Bacquino of the Bernard Yu Stable of Butuan City. The unbeaten Pe?alosa (3-0, 3KOs) stopped Jun Morano in a single round in Tabunok, Talisay City last March 12. Last year he knocked out Anthony Balubar in two rounds at the Cuneta Astrodome and Jomar Torreon in one round at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel. He is the latest of the famous Pe?alosa clan ? which has produced two time world champions in Dodie, Sr and Gerry Penalosa - to throw his hat into the square ring.

Also seeing action in this card are Anthony Sabalde vs Romnick Magos (six rounds), Nick Joy Bacalso vs Roldan Beniso (4 rounds), Jomar Yuson vs Erwin Yamo (4 rounds), Rommel Banquirigo vs Sherwin Cadoy (4 rounds) and Sonny Katiantagho vs Ryan Maamo ( 4 rounds). This fight card is presented by Renwil Sports Promotions in cooperation with the Cebu City Sports Commission.
