Las Vegas, Nevada: Early this afternoon Top Rank Promotions held the official weigh-in for the fight card tomorrow night at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.

Headliners, Nonito Donaire (25-1-0,17KO) and Fernando Montiel (44-2-2,34 KO) had no problem making the 118 contact limit for their WBC-WBO title fight.

Jesus Soto Karras ( 24-5-3-1, 16KO) weigh in at 146 lbs and the NABO champion he is challenging, Mike Jones ( 23-0-0,18KO) came in at 147lbs.

Gabriel Martinez (27-1-1-1,14KO) tipped the scales at 147lbs while Mark Melligen (20-2-0,14KO) came in at a pound over the limit, 148 lbs. His handlers stripped him down in an attempt to make the limit but he still came in at 148 l bs. Melligen was given an hour to come back and make weight.
