PACQUIAO 8

Las Vegas, NV:- Yesterday at the weigh-in for the Marquez-Katsidis fight, a young man from the Team Marquez delivered a stern message via his t-shirt.

The t-shirt said:- ?Pacquiao Your Next?!

As I mentioned when I wrote about it yesterday, wrong spelling notwithstanding, most everyone knew what he meant.

Well, today, I have an answer for the young man and Marquez himself. Check out the attached photo!

I say, dream on mi amigo. Nothing wrong with that! But in my minute knowledge of the Spanish language, I say:- Si? no puede, Marquez.

In two fights with Pacquiao, you did not score a win. So what?s there to gain fighting you again?

Unless, someone gives Pacquiao a ?guaranteed purse?, the fight you are dreaming about will not occur. Are you listening, Richard?

Also, Pacquiao will no longer fight below 144-147 lbs. Thus you need to come up in weight and that invariably will affect your speed.

Without speed, your counter punching abilities will be gone too.

On the opposite, at 144-147 lbs Pacquiao is at his best. All you need to see is the result of the Margarito and the Cotto fights.

So my best advice is clean up the lightweight division and perhaps have a farewell fight against Eric Morales. Now that is a fight Mexicans will really like to see. Two Latino legends on the ring.

Then, stay cool and wait for your place at the Hall of Fame. Without doubt, you will make it there.
