?Donaire not yet that popular in America? ? Arum

Baguio City - Top Rank boss and Hall of Fame Promoter Bob Arum spent most of Monday afternoon answering questions about Manny Pacquiao. I decided to ask him a couple of about other Filipino boxers most notably Nonito Donaire,Jr.
Why can?t Donaire get the big fights?
?In order for Donaire to get a big fight, he needs to have the backing of HBO or Showtime. Donaire is not yet a big draw. He is not yet that popular in America. The Filipino community in the U.S. need to support him.? Arum replied.
?I am giving him good fight against Vladimir Sidorenko, if he wins that one then HBO will show the big fight against Fernando Montiel in February.? Arum added.
Any other Filipino boxers you?ve set your sights on?
?Mark Melligen is good. Bernabe Concepcion can be good.? He replied.
Arum spent the afternoon swarmed by media men as he watched Manny Pacquiao stage a public workout inside the Shape Up Boxing gym in Baguio City.
