Casimero in L.A.

WBO interim light flyweight titlist Johnriel Casimero is now in Los Angeles and continues to train in the Wild Card Gym for his July 24 defense against Ramon Garcia Hirales. Christopher ?Pingping? Tepora and Danny Bactol are training Casimero.
Ramon is the brother of former IBF minimumweight champion Raul Garcia, who is known for dethroning Florante Condes.
Casimero (14W-0L, 8 KO's) will have to get past Garcia Hirales (12W-1L-1D, 8 KO's) to get his dream match against WBO champ Ivan Calderon of Puerto Rico.
Promoter Sammy Gello-ani informed that the new venue of Casimero-Garcia fight is now in Los Monchis, Mexico instead of Mazatlan, Mexico. The officials assigned for the fight are Samuel Viruet -Referee, Judges Joe Garcia from Tuczon AZ, Cindy Ross from Pahrump, NV and Alejandro Lopez from Mexico.
Gello-ani also informed that he International Boxing Federation (IBF) has just granted sanction approval for the junior bantamweight voluntary elimination fight between Federico "Magnifico" Catubay and Rodrigo "Gatito" Guerrero of Mexico.
