The Omega Boxing and Workout Gym, also known as the home of WBO interim lt.flyweight champ Johnriel Casimero, formally announced their new location during a press conference held Tuesday morning.

The gym is now located at Juan Luna Avenue (Formerly San Jose dela Monta?a St.) in Mabolo, Cebu City. The establishment which is under International Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (IPI) aims to develop world class Filipino boxers and help those with the potential and passion for boxing.

Casimero, as well as other boxers and trainers based in the gym, attended the formal opening and press conference. A video of his title win against Cesar Canchila of Colombia was shown. Casimero will defend his title against Ramon Garcia Hirales of Mexico this July 3 at La Paz, Baja, California, Mexico.

Gello-ani also announced his upcoming June 26 fight card in Taguig City featuring Jason Canoy and a July 31 fight card headlined by a potentially explosive rematch between Rey Labao and Jesus Muzaka Singwangcha.

The Omega gym was originally located at Bentro, Mandaue City and later transferred to Barangay Guizo, Mandaue City. The IPI management is inviting everyone to join and train in their Mabolo gym. They are open from 7AM until 12 midnight.
