Singwangcha boxers triumph in ?Pasalamat? Boxing

Fight fans in Lapu-lapu City were treated to an explosive night of boxing last Sunday courtesy of the international boxing promotions triumvirate of Rex ?Wakee? Salud, Aljoe Jaro and Naris Singwangcha of Thailand.

Marco Demecillo Singwangcha of Iligan City needed only 37 seconds and brutal combinations to the body to stop Isidro Balatbat of Bohol in the first round.

Jestoni Pepito Singwangcha of Masbate used a lightning quick uppercut to knockout Aljon Salugaol of Borbon,Cebu in the 4th round. Official time: 0:45 sec. Salugaol was also deducted a point for low blows in the first round.
Rex Tito Singwangcha of the Jaro Boxing Stable survived a knockdown in the opening round and engaged Marjun Baliguat of the RWS Stable in a thrilling six round shootout. Tito-Singwangcha was also deducted a point in the last round for an accidental headbutt but the fight ended in a majority draw. The scorecards read: 55-53 for Tito-Singwangcha and two judges had it 56-56.

RJ Anoos of Liloan,Cebu won by unanimous decision over TI Yamagata Inso of TI Cebu Gym in an entertaining six round brawl. Anoos was deducted a point in the second round for an accidental headbutt which inflicted a cut on the corner of Inso?s left eyelid. The scores read 59-55, 57-56 and 57-56 all for Anoos.
The fight between Renjie Abendan of the RWS stable and Erwin Pulvera of Consolacion,Cebu ended in a technical draw in the first round. An accidental clash of heads opened a deep cut on the inside corner of the left eyelid of Abendan and the fight was stopped at the 2:00 mark.

John Paul Bautista Singwangcha of the Jaro Boxing Stable won by majority decision over Jerpol Valero of the Phil-Aust Gym of Mandaue City in a bruising six round scrap. Two judges scored it 58-56 and 59-56 for Bautista-Singwangcha and one judge had it 57-57.

Lionel Legada of the Jaro Boxing Stable won by TKO at the end of the first round as his opponent Edmar Tunacao of the Phil-Aust Gym chose not to answer the bell for the second.
Thai Promoter Naris Singwangcha gave cash incentives to the winners. The event was opened by amateur contests dominated by the boxers of the Flores Boxing Club who won six out of seven bouts. The event was billed as ?PASALAMAT SA DIRETSO 3? and was held at the Lapu-lapu City Auditorium in cooperation with Congressman Arturo Radaza.
