
RWS Presents “BAKBAKAN SA BAYAWAN”

Bayawan City, Negros Oriental will host a double header Philippine Boxing Federation Championship fight card this March 7, 2010 Sunday at the Bayawan City Sports Gym.
Jesus Singwancha - the Black Tiger from the Congo who fought out of Thailand - is now based in Cebu and he will face Jovie Merca of Butuan City for the PBF superfeatherweight title.
The 30 year old Singwancha (16 W(KO 8) -L 8) whose birth name is Kibunde Kakonge fought in Cebu twice last year winning against Rey Labao for the WBO Asia-Pacific superfeatherweight title and moved up to lightweight but lost to Czar Amonsot.
Former WBO Asia-Pacific superflyweight champ Jason Egera of Siaton, Negros Oriental will face Gedion Amba of Cebu City / WAKEE Gym for the PBF superbantamweight title. Egera will now go by the name Jayson Singwancha.
There are five bouts featured in the undercard. Jestoni Pepito of Masbate City/Wakee gym will face Jayson Geda of Mandaue City in an eight round superbantamweight contest. Marco Demecillo of Iligan City/Wakee Gym will fight Jerome Bontog of Mandaue City in a six round superflyweight bout.
There will be three four rounders: Superfeatherweights Jayson Inso of Masbate/Wakee Gym vs Garry Macalam of Cagayan de Oro City, Bantamweights Chaiyo Singwancha of Siaton,Negros Oriental vs Christian Saga of Cebu City/Wakee Gym, Light flyweights Renjie Sabanal of Negros Oriental vs Junrey Sta. Ana of Cebu City.
This fight card is promoted by Rex Wakee Salud Promotions. Fight time is at 7:30 PM.
