AGE MUST BE CATCHING UP WITH FLOYD SR.

loyd Mayweather Sr is back to his old self again - being obnoxious, that is.

Reports indicate he insinuated that perhaps Manny Pacquiao is on something. Read:- Steroids.

If he was so sure, how come he would not say it straight out?

Why insinuate? Is he just blowing in the wind or just plain gutless?

My initial reaction when I first read about the report was utter dismay. How can Senior make such statements?

But then I realized that age must be creeping on him. And fast!

But still that is no excuse! Mayweather Sr., if he is capable, must be ashamed of himself!

Could the whole Mayweather clan probably be so desperate what with this weekend’s fight at the MGM is not doing well at the gate?

As everyone know, Senior is now back in good graces with his Junior, at least for the Marquez fight. I say this because the Mayweathers’ are like cats and dogs. They fight amongst themselves.

Senior must really be despondent what with less than four days before the fight with Marquez and his son who is supposedly famous, or rather, notorious has not filled out the MGM.

With a poor gate Senior must do and/or say something outrageous to attract attention with the hopes that he may be successful where the Golden Boy magic failed - attract the crowd to watch his son.

But attention particularly the kind the Mayweathers generate, does not necessarily convert to seats being filled.

No one can blame the real fight fans. Why should they spend hard earned cash to see a boring boxer like Floyd Jr who abhors mixing it up with his opponent and runs around the ring.

The Mexicans fans and other Latinos have a word for it. C-o-n-e-j-o!

I would not be surprised at all if they re-configure the MGM seating arrangements to hide the fact that the fight did not sell out. Too bad for the good Golden Boy people, but such is the fight game. Putting losers in a fight card just doesn’t cut it.

Incidentally, it is not the alleged steroid use that make Pacquiao what he is today. In fact the Pacman does not do drugs.

If Mayweather Senior did his homework he would have easily discovered what really make Pacquiao tick.

Hey Senior, it’s the tinolang manok with malunggay. Ask Buboy or Nonoy. They may even point you to right Asian store so you too can buy some.

Rumor has it that malunggay is even good for old age so Senior should stock up on it.

Unfortunately, malunggay does not work for “Conejos”. It only works for true warriors like Pacquiao!
