This is Marvin Sonsona’s pre-fight address to all Filipino people who supporting him:

His manager Dr. Rajan Yraola has updated philboxing Sonsona is now at 115.4lbs Thursday 8pm Canada time, one day before the weigh-in. The team is still working out 115 lbs today so that by Friday morning 8am Canada time he will no longer in the process of trying to make weight limit. Promoter Sammy Gello-ani also informed philboxing that Team Sonsona has transferred already at the Days Inn Hotel Orilia just infront of Casino Rama. On Thursday there will be a scheduled rules meeting at 5.30 p.m. and the pre-fight physical examination on the day of the weigh-in.

Canada boxing rules state that the weigh-in is on the morning of the fight which is different from the U.S. where the weigh-in is done the day before the contest.
