An exciting and intriguing development has been added to the Jason Egera – Petch Kokietgym grude rematch fight card scheduled this July 31 in Naga City. The Rey Labao vs. Jesus Singwancha undercard is now a title fight for the vacant WBO Asia Pacific superfeatherweight title.

Jesus Singwancha is actually an African whose real name is Jesus Muzaka from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The 29 year old's fight record is 15W (8KO's) – 7L. He has fought all of his pro bouts in Thailand mostly against Thai fighters. He beat a Pinoy fighter, Teofilo Tunacao of Cebu, by third round knockout last year. Another familiar name that Singwancha has beaten is Thai Decho Bankluaygym, who has beaten Jaime Barcelona and lost to Czar Amonsot and Bobby Pacquiao. Singwancha knocked out Bankluaygym in one round.

Labao (17W – 1L with 12KO's) fought twice in Cebu last year, winning over Daryl Pucdol by 4th round TKO in Talisay City and Leonardo Doronio by 10 round split decision in Mandaue City.

In the same fight card, Federico “Magnifico” Catubay will square off against another Thailander Pramuansak Posuwan in an eight round contest. This will be crossroads bout for both fighters who have lost in big fights. Posuwan (45W-2L-1D, 24KO's) lost to Jose Lopez of Puerto Rico last March by unanimous decision for the WBO superflyweight world title. Catubay (24W-15L-3D, 1 KO's) lost to Vic Darchinyan by 12th round TKO two years ago for the IBO superflyweight world title.

The fight card is co-promoted by SGG Promotions and Kokietgym of Thailand and will be held at the Naga Sports Complex in Cebu.
