GOLDEN BOY PROMOTIONS ANNOUNCES RETURN OF MAYWEATHER TO THE RING

Las Vegas, NV:- In a typical Las Vegas fashion, the Golden Boy Promotions did their thing to announce the return of Floyd Mayweather Jr to the fight business.

Mayweather will fight Juan Manuel Marquez on July 18th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The tiff is billed at ?Number One vs. Numero Uno?.

To facilitate the announcement yesterday, Golden Boy Promotions sent an e-mail to all the media people they can reach via e-mail. They indicated there will be a major announcement to be made by the promotions company.

This morning (Saturday Las Vegas time), they held a formal brunch at the Hollywood Theater of the MGM complete with Michael Buffer presenting the two main event gladiators Mayweather and Marquez.

Mayweather for his part said that ? a small good man cannot beat a better big man?. And he went on and one telling the audience why that is so.

He also cautioned the audience about putting up their money on the Pacquiao-Hatton fight as it will be difficult to determine the winner.

?Keep your money until July 18th and put them on me because I will win?.

Marquez on the other hand was laid back with his words. He simply said that he is thankful for the opportunity to be back in the ring and he will do his best to come out a winner.
