LOS ANGELES, California -- North American Boxing Federation (NABF) super bantamweight champion Bernabe Concepcion will miss the biggest fight of his chief backer Manny Pacquiao versus Oscar De La Hoya on December 6 in Las Vegas as he and his fellow superstars in the Jaro Boxing Stable in Binangonan, Rizal prepare to face separate foreign opponents in the "Judgment in Far East" at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines on January 11.

To be promoted by Jaro International Promotions in cooperation with Aim Global for the benefit of Mater Feliz Montessori, the triple main-event card will feture in the top program Concepcion versus Sande Otieno of Kenya for WBC international featherweight championship for 12 rounds.

Two other Jaro boys,Sonny Boy Jaro and Denver Cuello, will go up against Naupayak Sakkripin and Yanus Emaury, respectively, in a pair of 10-round scrappers.

It will be Concepcion's first crack at the featherweight division after he and his manager, Aljoe Jaro, decided to abandon the super bantamweight division. Jaro said Concpecion is not anymore comfortable in the super bantamweight class because he is growing and his physical shape changes rapidly.
