
INTERVIEW WITH CANADIAN BOXING FEDERATION IN VANCOUVER

LOS ANGELES, California ? Reyfort Publishing and Entertainment has sent an official invitation for us to travel to Vancouver, Canada to interview key personalities in the Canadian Boxing Federation and tour the publication editorial, marketing and printing facilities starting August until September 10, among other proposes.
In a letter to our US address in 105 Windsor Court, Laredo, Texas dated July 22, Reynaldo Fortaleza, publisher of Reyfort Publishing and Entertainment, wrote: ?Dear Mr. Vidal: As correspondent of Philippine Asian News Today, Philippine News Service, and Philboxing.com, I would like to respectfully invite you to visit Canada in August and September this year to do the following tasks:
1. Conduct an interview with officials of the Canadian Boxing Federation in connection with the proposed next title defense of World Boxing Council (WBC) lightweight champion Manny Pacquiao tentatively in Vancouver, Canada next year. They are from the following commissions: a. Nanaimo Athletic Commission, b. Prince George Athletic Commission c. Vancouver Athletic Commission, d. Victoria Athletic Commission
2. Meet and interview key people in connection with Mr. Pacquiao's scheduled benefit concert and dinner meeting in Vancouver; and
3. Tour the editorial/marketing offices and other printing facilities of the Reyfort Publishing and Entertainment.
You shall do the task in the entire month of August until September 10, 2008.
In the duration of your stay in Canada, you will be billeted at my residence on 9955 149 Street Surrey, B.C. V3R 7N2 CANADA and will be given compensation commensurate to the aforementioned special assignments. Thank you.?
In Canada, we will also try to reach out with Edmonton Combative Sports Commission chairman John Campbell; Nanaimo Athletic Commission chairman Merv Unger on Nanaimo, BC V9T 3K7; Nova Scotia Boxing Authority chairman Mickey MacDonald; Ontario Athletic Commission chairman Ken Hayashi.
Also, we made initial communications to interview Prince George Boxing Commission chairman George Winter on 52605 Guest Rd Cluculz Lake, BC, V0J 3A3 and Danielle Gagnon of the Quebec Boxing Commission; and Vancouver Athletic Commission chairman Tim Mercer Fortaleza, who visited Pacquiao in Las Vegas last month, also suggested to facilitate the dinner party for Pacquiao in Vancouver with the proceeds of the event going to charity or victims of calamity to be chosen by Pacquiao himself.
Composer and boxing flag carrier Lito Camo reportedly arranged the concert of Pacquiao.
