Video footages of Manny Pacquiao's preparations for his eagerly awaited July 19th comeback against WBC Welterweight Champion Mario Barrios are making the rounds in social media. The 46-year-old legend is clearly committed to his regimen and work ethic just like the Manny Pacquiao of old that have characterized his remarkable career.

Pacquiao's speed and explosiveness, which made him a worldwide sensation, are still evident in the released video, which shows him in rigorous training sessions. For fans who might have doubted his capacity to compete at an elite level following a four year hiatus, the clips offer a comforting look at his lightning-fast punch combinations and deft footwork.

The renowned Freddie Roach, Pacquiao's longtime trainer, has also offered his thoughts on his resurgence. Despite his initial misgivings about Pacquiao resuming combat at his age, Roach has since grown more upbeat after being impressed by what he has witnessed in the gym. Given that Roach has helped Pacquiao achieve almost all of his professional career victories, his endorsement is highly credible. Nobody knows Pacquiao's physical condition better than the seasoned coach, and his encouraging evaluation says it all about the progress being made.

Pacquiao's decision to get to Los Angeles early and devote himself entirely to training has obviously paid off. His attention seems to be on carefully honing his tools so that each punch has its distinctive snap and every movement is accurate. For a fighter of his age, the early start also gives his body enough time to adjust to the high demands of the camp.

Mario Barrios, a younger, taller, and active champion, poses a serious threat, but Pacquiao's early dedication and the obvious proof of his excellent form indicate he is doing everything he can. The video conveys a strong message: the "PacMan" is not merely making a comeback for a sentimental display; rather, he is preparing to compete at the highest level with the goal of defying Father Time once more on July 19 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
