JULATON IS PART OF THE TORRES-HOLT WBO TITLE FIGHT

Los Angeles, CA:- Fast rising Filipina pugilist, Ana ?Hurricane? Julaton will be fighting on the undercard of the Ricardo Torres-Kendall Holt WBO Welterweight title fight at the Planet Hollywood on July 5th.

Julaton, the pride of the WestWind Gym at Oakland, California turned pro last year after more than 30 amateur fights including a silver medal finish at the US Women?s championship in 2007. From there, she racked up three straight wins.

Julaton will meet Johanna Mendez, an undefeated boxer who also won a silver medal at the 2007 US Championships for Women.

Tomorrow morning Julaton will be a guest on radio 106.1 KMEL at the Bay Area to discus with radio host Chuy Gomez the coming Pacquiao-Diaz tiff and her own fight with Mendez.

Pacquiao and Diaz will be holding their public work out at the West Wind Gym on Saturday (LA time) morning. Diaz will be at the gym at 11:00 am and Pacquiao will come in at noon. Both Pacquiao and Diaz will be available for photos and autograph signing after their respective work out.

Also part of the Torres-Holt undercard are two Filipino pugs from the Braveheart Boxing Club of ex-Gov. Manny Pinol of North Cotobato. They are Jundy Maranon and Glenn Gonzales.

The Torres- Holt title fight is a promotion of famed promoter Bob Arum and his Top Rank Promotions.
