All opening three undercard bouts of the Naoya Inoue vs Jason Moloney ended in spectacular knockouts at The Bubble at MGM Grand in Las Vegas Saturday night (Sunday in Manila).
Undefeated Julian Rodriguez of Bergen County, New Jersey dropped Jose Lopez of Torron, Mexico four times en route to a third round stoppage of their 10-round scheduled super lightweight bout. Rodriguez now ups his record to 21 wins with 13 stoppages while Rodriguez went down to 29-7-2 15KOs.

Anderson puts the pressure on Pena.
Heavyweight prospect Jared Anderson (7 wins all by knockout) of Toledo, Ohio continues to make a splash at The Bubble this time stopping Luis Eduardo Pena (6-2-0, 6KOs) of Ventura, California in the 1st round of their 6-round scheduled heavyweight bout. Anderson jumped the gun on Pena not allowing Pena to have room to breathe. Badly outclassed and pinned to the ropes, Pena got a respite from Referee Mike Ortega who wave off the contest at 2:46 of the first round. This is the fourth consecutive victory by Anderson at The Bubble.

In the opening bout, undefeated Andy Hiraoka of Yokohama, Japan kept his unblemished record by dispatching Ricky Edwards of Paterson, New Jersey in impressive fashion sending the Edwards three times to the canvas en route to a 4th round stoppage in their 8-round scheduled super lightweight bout at The Bubble at MGM Grand in Las Vegas Saturday night. Hiraoka improves to 16 wins with 11 knockouts while Edwards drops to 12-5-0, 3KOs.
