Reno, NV -- Glenn ?The Filipino Bomber? Donaire and his foe for tomorrow?s bout at the Silver Legacy Casino Resort in this city, easily made the fight contract weight.
Donaire and his foe, Jose Albuquerque of Brazil came in at 109 lbs.
Donaire was very excited about the fight tomorrow as he knows pretty well that a victory is his ticket to a possible title fight with the IBF light flyweight champion Ulises Solis of Mexico later this year.
Donaire?s manager, Cameron Dunkin got an assurance from the Solis camp assuring Team Donaire that Donaire is next in line for Solis, assuming that both of them will hurdle their schedule fights.
Solis is defending his IBF title against Filipino Juanito Rubillar at Dubai, UAE on April 18th in a double title fight card involving Nonito Donaire vs. Hussein Hussein.
