Los Angeles, CA -- It was business as usual today at the Wildcard. The Pacman came in a few minutes past 1:00 PM and he went right to the dressing room to change to his usual white satin shorts and red and white shoes both with Nike logos complimented with a purple cut-off t-shirt.

After security head Rob Peters cleared the gym of people who were not part of the team, the first order of business was a few minutes of exercises to warm up followed by shadow boxing. Pacquiao started rather slowly and as he warmed up, he gradually double up the speed that ended up becoming fast and furious.

Then Freddie Roach don his trademark green punch mitts and then he and Pacquiao started a supposedly 10-round strategy developing session that ended up being 12 rounds. Even with that Pacquiao wanted to do more but Roach said: ?No more, I am tired.?

When Pacquiao hit the mitts, it can be heard clear across the whole gym even to the next door extension where another ring is set up. It is a very loud reverberating sound.

After the punch mitts, Pacquiao moved to the speed bags, first the single, and then the double end one. Pacquiao then proceeded to do floor exercises, stretching and the ?abdominal stick? to further enhance the durability of his abs.

Following all the required routines for the day, Rob Peters requested a couple of minutes of silence and asked Freddie Roach to come up to the ring. Unbeknownst to him, Pacquiao had planned a short presentation for him. Without much ado, Pacquiao then climbed the ring and presented a Philippine flag to Roach. ?This is for you coach, from the Team and from all your Filipino friends.?

Today?s training session was covered by an HBO crew headed by a producer who supervised the filming of all the actions in the gym.
