
MENAYOTHIN EXTENDS UNDEFEATED RECORD TO 54 WITH WIN OVER KONKCO (PHOTOS)

Wanheng Menayothin (Chayaphon Moonsri), has now extended his undefeated record to 54, boxing's longest, after Friday's win over his South African challenger Simpiwe Konkco in Chonburi, Thailand. Menayothin also kept his WBC world minimumweight title he first won in 2014 that he now successfully defended for the 12th time.
Judge Perla Rodriguez of Oregon, USA had it 116-111; Bruce McTavish of the Philippines, 118-109 and Shin Kyoung-Ha of South Korea, 117-110 all in favor of the Thai champion.
