Dave Pe?alosa, the son of former two division world champion Dodie Boy Pe?alosa, will return to the ring after an almost two-year absence, in Tagbilaran City, Bohol this July 7. He will face Indonesian Ricky Manufoe (27-34-3,10KO?s) at the Bohol Wisdom School Gymnasium.

Pe?alosa is unbeaten in 12 fights, with 8 KO?s but has not fought since the unanimous decision win against Edison Berwela last September 3, 2016. He turned pro in 2011 and showed a lot of promise and even fought in Macao twice against Thai opponents. Manufoe is a well-travelled foe, having seen action in mainland China,Thailand, Laos and here in the Philippines.

Dave?s cousin, Carlo Pe?alosa (11-1,4KO?s), will fight another Indonesian, Iwan Key (11-21-3,1KO). Carl?s only loss was by split decision to Raymark Taday last year. He will be fighting his first foreign opponent. Key previously lost in his attempts to win a regional PABA belt.

There will be four bouts on the undercard, Mark Bernaldez (16-1,11KO?s) will fight Ryan Bongcawil (8-13-6,3 KO?s) in an eight rounder, there will be three four rounders, Rolien Getalada vs Pablito Balidio , Kerwin Aresco vs Jeco Suico ,Marjun Bato vs Mark Anthony Rotilles. The fights will be televised on TV5/ESPN5.

This fight card billed as RUMBLE IN BOHOL is promoted by former two-division world champion Gerry Pe?alosa.
