
PACQUIAO, MATTHYSSE ARRIVE IN KUALA LUMPUR (PHOTOS)

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia -- Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao and WBA world welterweight champion Lucas Matthysse of Argentina arrived in this capital city of Malaysia early Friday morning via a chartered Philippine Airlines flight from Manila to complete their whirlwind two-city leg press conference to promote their world title fight on July 15 (July 14 in the US) at the Axiata Arena here dubbed as 'Fight of Champions'.
The Kuala Lumpur press conference will be held at the posh Le Meridien Hotel at the city's central district at 10 o'clock in the morning.
The Manila press conference was held Wednesday at the City of Dreams Manila. Yesterday, Thursday, Team Pacquiao and Team Matthysse were holed up the whole day at RS Video studio in Paranaque City to produce their promotional videos including one on one question and answer faceoff by Pacquiao and Matthysse hosted by veteran Filipino sports journalist Quinito Henson. Another video with a panel of boxing experts questions Pacquiao and Matthysse was also produced.

After today's press conference in Kuala Lumpur, another filming is scheduled at the iconic Petronas Towers here. Team Pacquiao and Team Matthysse which includes Golden Boy Promotions president Eric Gomez and media relations officer Ramiro Gonzalez, Matthyse and his manager Mario Arano and the more fifty strong Filipino entourage composed of a video production team, Pacquiao's staff and mediamen, are set to return to the Philippines Saturday via another Philippine Airlines chartered flight.
Team Matthysse is scheduled to take a Philippine Airlines flight from Manila back to Los Angeles Sunday night.
