SHAKUR STEVENSON WINS PRO DEBUT

CARSON, CA -- Shakur Stevenson, a Rio Olympian, won his pro debut via a unpopular technical decision over Edgar Brito (3-3-1, 2KO) of Phoenix, Arizona at the StubHub Center here Saturday night. The ring physician stopped the fight in round 6 due to a clash of heads injuring Brito. Scores: Identical 60-54 from the three judges in Stevenson's favor.
