MAGDALENO STOPS DOS SANTOS IN 2ND ROUND

CARSON, CA -- Jesse Magdaleno of Las Vegas (25-0-0, 18KO) retained his WBO super bantamweight belt after he stopped challenger Adeilson Dos Santos (18-3-0, 14KO) of Brazil at the StubHub Center here Saturday night. Magdaleno dropped Dos Santos in middle of round 2 and stopped him before the round ended. Time 2:51 of the second round.
