
COMPLETE UNDERCARD LINEUP ANNOUNCED FOR NIETES-NANTAPECH TITLE FIGHT

Cebu City ? The full undercard lineup has been released by ALA Promotions for their upcoming 'Pinoy Pride 40' event on April 29 at the Waterfront Hotel & Casino here headlined by longest Filipino world champion Donnie 'Ahas' Nietes who will attempt to capture a world title in a third division when he goes up against Komgrich Nantapech of Thailand for the IBF world flyweight belt.
Rising superbantam Virgil Vitor (9-1-0, 6KOs) of Tagbilaran City will face veteran Michael Escobia (11-14-1, 3KOs) of Manila for a 10-round non-title fight. Vitor last saw action on the undercard of the Melindo-Utaida IBF Interim world title fight at the Cebu Coliseum on Nov. 26, 2016 where he stopped Jonathan Francisco in the 4th round.
ALA Promotions' newly signed flyweight Junrel Jimenez (6-1-0, 3KOs) of Cebu City takes on Ramel Antaran (2-4-1, 0KOs) of General Santos in an 8-round flyweight bout. Jimenez knocked out JR Salvador in the 2nd round in his last ring appearance in Medellin, Cebu on Sep. 9, 2016.
Undefeated superfly Kenneth Paul Gentallan (5-0-0, 3KOs) of Tagbilaran City takes on John Kennan Salvador (6-2-2, 2KOs) of Cebu City for a scheduled 8-rounds 114 lbs bout.
Undefeated flyweight Esneth Domingo (5-0-0, 4KOs) of Sultan Kudarat will face Romulo Ramayan (7-10-3, 3KOs) of Valencia City, Bukidnon for 8 rounds flyweight.
In a battle of heavy-handed prospects, undefeated flyweight Christian Bacolod (6-0-0, 5KOs) of Cebu City faces Mike Kinaadman (5-1-2, 4KOs) of Iligan City for a scheduled 6 rounds flyweight bout.
Also seeing action as chief support bouts are rising stars Mark 'Magnifico' Magsayo who will take on Issa 'Peche Boy' Nampepeche of Tanzania for 10 rounds featherweight bout and Jeo 'Santino' Santisima who will face Master Suro of Indonesia for 10 rounds or less super bantamweight tussle.
