Filipino superstar Manny Pacquiao today made mention of the three Filipino fighters who will be slugging it out against separate opponents in the undercard of his October 6 rematch with Marco Antonio Barrera at the Mandalay Bay.

In his widely read column which appears simultaneously on Philboxing.com and Abante, Pacquiao named the three fighters as featherweight Michael Farenas, bantamweight Jundy Maraon and featherweight Glenn Gonzales.

Both Maraon and Gonzales, along with trainer Noli Pinol, are scheduled for their visa interview tomorrow morning, while Farenas has already been given a three-year visa by the US Embassy in Manila.

"Watch out for these three fighters, as I expect them to go places and win big fights," Pacquiao said.

Pacquiao also exhorted those fans who still can't believe that indeed it is him who is writing his articles, citing that even a giant television network had already reported about his column-writing, and even caught him at one point writing his story on his computer. Pacquiao added that what is important to him is the fact that for every column he writes, he shares life lessons and inspires the reader somehow.

Pacquiao also called out on his former tormentor, Rustico Torrecampo, to surrender to authorities following reports the latter had been implicated in a stabbing incident which killed the victim.
