CEBU CITY -- World title contender Milan 'El Metodico' Melindo of the Philippines stepped the scales at exactly 108 lbs, the light flyweight limit, while Fahlan Sakkreerin Jr of Thailand weighed in at 107.6 lbs during Friday's official weighin held at Robinson's Fuente Activity Center here ahead of Melindo and Sakkreerin's IBF Interim world light flyweight championship tomorrow night at the Cebu Coliseum on Pinoy Pride 39.
In sharp contrast to his last two local fights where he came in overweight during the weighin, Melindo was right on the dot this time around, validating his promise that he's treating this fight seriously.
Fahlan meahwhile, although 4" inches taller than Melindo, had no trouble making weight.
Jason 'El Nino' Pagara came in at 146.4 lbs while his opponent Jose 'Quiebra Jiraca' Alfaro of Nicaragua weighed in at 146.4 lbs for their 10-round welterweight contest.
'Prince' Albert Pagara stepped the scales at exactly 126 lbs while his opponent Raymond Commey of Ghana weighed at 122.5 lbs for the 10-round featherweight contest.
The IBF title fight weighin was supervised by IBF representative and GAB commissioner Fritz Gaston and GAB official Rolando Mendoza supervised the rest of the fight.
Below are the official weighin for the entire card.
